1. First, find the item(s) you'd like to buy by using our sections.

2. Select the appropriate color, quantity and size from the menus. You can also click on helpful ''sizing charts'' section to help you shop.

3. Click the «add to cart» button.

4. If you continue to browse and are ready to checkout, just click the shopping cart button at the upper part of the page. You'll see the contents of your shopping cart and you can delete items if you wish. Click on the update button after modifying the content in your shopping cart.
Then, just follow the simple checkout instructions and your order will be placed. All the information that you transmit is encrypted - which means that nobody else, other than Boutique Plein Vent can read it, giving you total security when you shop with us.

Once we've received your order, we'll send you a confirmation of your order via e-mail instantly. If, for any reason, you would like to make any changes to your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at: info@boutiquepleinvent.com.

Your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time we receive it. Once the order is processed, normal delivery delays apply. Please see our Shipping and Sales Taxes section for detailed information about cost and delivery schedules.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will be advised, via e-mail about:
The date of shipment
The name of the carrier
The date the order will arrive



All merchandise purchased from Boutique Plein Vent can be returned for a reimbursement or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The total amount of the purchase will be refunded (product (s) returned need to be clean, unused and shipped back with original packaging or tags). You have to include a copy of your original invoice. If we shipped you the incorrect order, we will gladly incur related shipping charges, including the cost for return shipping and shipping the correct item to you.

For Canadian customers, we suggest Canada Post, it is cheap and reliable. Make sure you put insurance on your package and take a tracking number. Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping fees that may be incurred upon returning a package. An exception will be made for any mistakes that we are responsible for regarding the model, size and/or colour.

If you included an email address with your return form, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account credited. Your refund or exchange should be processed within a couple of days after we have received your package. Please note that the "after holidays" period is more demanding. The return process might be longer than expected. We will process your return as quickly as possible but ask for your patience during this period.
