Michel Daris and Manon Têtu open the shop Plein Vent in November 1990. Located at 340 Lafontaine Street in Rivière-du-Loup, this small store of technical clothes and ready-to-wear clothing of 800 ft2 is acquired eight years later, in January 1998, by the Daris brothers .

The company quickly prospers by creating a family and trustworthy climate with their clientele which, from then on, does not stop getting bigger. In January 2000, Mathieu acquires the parts of his brother Martin and less than two months later, he doubles the surface of his shop by relocating at 298 Lafontaine Street; offering to his customers a much vaster and airier space as well as more diversified products.
